Kimberly Hakola, CMT, NCTMB

Owner and operator of Optimum Health Massage and Wellness. She received a B.S. in Biology from UCLA and started her career as a massage therapist in Nebraska where she attended The Omaha School of Massage Therapy. She has been a therapist for over five years now and is currently pursuing a masters degree in Acupuncture at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy.

Opened in October of 2010, Optimum Health Massage and Wellness is geared towards establishing optimum health by restoring the body to its natural balance. The clinic is currently located inside Kensington Acupuncture in San Diego CA. At this time we provide therapeutic and relaxing massage to relieve stress and manage pain complaints due to chronic muscle tension. In the future we hope to incorporate Acupuncture into the clinic as well so that we can address all your pain complaints and truly restore the body back to its natural balance.
